Elsa deSica is another girl whose origins are unclear. She doesn't wish to associate with anyone except her handler, Lauro, who she is deeply in love with. Elsa's attitude towards others, even among the other girls, could be described as aloof and impersonal.
When Elsa finally realized that Lauro did not return her feelings, she asked him to take her to the park where she first received her name. There, Elsa shot Lauro in the back and then shot herself in the eye to die with him.
In the manga, she was introduced only after her death, during investigation of her and her handler Lauro.
