Hey it is fine, to each their own ^^ I enjoy different media and there are so many interesting characters and worlds to see. It does get complicated when you wanna catch up on something. For example in gacha games alone you are pressured to do events and story on a time limit and that can get frustrating. But oh well such is the nature of them xD I wont spoil you story but it does get very interesting later on...
Talking about manga and anime tho, I see you like Dorohedoro :D I recommend manga highly, it is very crazy and fun. There is also Dai Dark, a manga also made by Q Hayashida, I hope it will get anime as well. It is a bit similar but also unique in its own way
My other favs would be Cipher, Anaxa and Ashveil ~
They all have unique aura around them. I wish they would show up more then they did, I miss companion quests in hsr.
Oh I play a lot of different games when I find time for them, usually gacha like Hsr, wuwa and indie games. Recently discovered Sovereign Tower which has amazing art style and characters. Bought it right away even though i got so many unplayed ones still xD
If we are talking about big projects, my all time favorites are Witcher3, Baldur's Gate, Elden Ring and Dragon age series. Lots of fantasy genre I guess haha

Cried my eyes out in both Usemono Yado and Life maybe too much in Usemono Both were such beautiful stories and, my god, the art in Usemono was breathtaking. Loved reading every second of both
Also loved seeing the relationship in Pink Heart Jam grow. It almost just started out with Yuuki trying to deal with his own sexuality and Ryou only doing his job but seamlessly grew into a beautiful relationship. Also have to say Ryou's design was 10/10
