Synopsis

As a girl of both spirit and human blood, eight-year-old Ellen has power over the elements—though not the traditional four. She can transform her surroundings by manipulating the elements of the periodic table. On top of that, Ellen also has a great amount of scientific knowledge due to being a scientist in her past life.

In a sudden, devastating demon attack, the spirit magician Rovel Vankreift, eldest son of House Vankreift, was fatally injured. The Queen of Spirits, Lady Origin, had fought by Rovel's side; she saved him from the clutches of death by bringing him to the spirit realm, and Rovel was pronounced the nation's hero. The two fell in love and had Ellen—who, thanks to her extraordinary parents, was born remarkably powerful.

But even this wholesome family of three, each quirky in their own little way, has its fair share of problems. Ellen and her parents are forced to reconnect with the Vankreift household to defend their relatives' honor, all while hiding Ellen's dangerous existence from the public to preserve their undisturbed happiness.

It's quite wholesome throughout the series. Things that bother me, though, are about Ellen's past life particularly what type of 'scientist' she was and the forceful change in atmosphere.

There are events where it becomes slightly gloomy, but at least we are led into knowing that it's become a serious matter. Then all of a sudden, the mood and atmosphere was forced to become that of a wholesome, all-white tone. It may just be me, but sudden changes in mood becomes confusing, such as her past life's 'scientist'.

The art is quite cute though, to be fair, to retain the 'wholesome' aspect or so to speak. ...

Absolute trash.

It's a soap opera style drama but sped up to schizophrenia levels. The overall story is be about political weddings, but the pacing is so fast and absurd you won't care about a single thing that is happening. All the characters are cold and unlikable. I don't think the author realizes you need at least one relatable character for this to work, and when you introduce 10 new characters every chapter it makes an already convoluted story that much more ridiculous. And per usual with the isekai genre, the MC here is a literal god who can rewrite the fabric of the universe ...

alright, first off, the art is really good. i love it. characters look very expressive and beautiful, especially their eyes. costumes look really good too.
though i hate how the manga exaggerate the emotions too much, feels so soapy.
