I'm not sure why a relatively obscure game studio would make hentai based on their game 4 years after release when it probably cost them a good chunk of said game's revenue, only for it to be just the opening condensed into 15 minutes. But it happened.
I was satisfied (at least it has more animation than OPM S3), but there is absolutely no context for anything and it never got more episodes, so it's like an elaborate ad rather than something standalone. Again though, it's just 15 minutes for two-and-a-half scenes, not a big time investment. If it piques your curiosity - play the game.
