In this club I'll share some manga that deserve more attention imo. You don't have to comment or anything, but for all of you that want some underappreciated manga, here you can find 'em!
-With a hidden gem, I mean manga with less than 20k members, deserving more attention than they currently get. Over time some of them won't be "hidden" anymore (25k is a viable threshold), then they'll be removed with a mention in the Removed manga thread.
-Manga with popular adaptations (>200k members? number not fixed) like Ousama Ranking or Ultimate Survivor (Kaiji) are definitely not going to be added.
-Don't be afraid to read manga rated between 6.00 and 7.00, it means that most of the readers rated it 7 and that is still above decent. (5.99 and below is different though)
-All Club Pictures are panels from pages out of manga listed in the club (the manga + chapter will be their titles), if it's listed in another place than MAL then it'll be clearly shown in its title. Obviously, I do not own anything of these images, those are only a quick peek into those manga with a funny or interesting moment :)
-The thread I value the most is Manga Spotlight, check it out for the best of the best (of the club's relations)! I love to report my experiences reading them, though at my own pace because writing one daily would be excruciating and make me lose the courage to write more. I hope you'll find something you'll like in there ^.^
As a side note, I've rated the majority of those manga 8+.
-I made a thread with appropriate warnings for certain manga just in case you don't want to see manga that show explicit scenes or too much gore (can't promise everything that isn't listed won't have it!!).

Examples of types of manga likely not to be added (bad suggestions):
1] BL/GL/other manga overly reliant on sexual scenes (some minor appearances are tolerated, if it happens multiple times every volume it's over the top)
{Mild nudity such as in these is okay: Bokutachi ga Yarimashita*, Bremen, Brutal*, Ino-Head Gargoyle*, Oyaji}
(*I don't really remember anymore but they might contain some.)
If you are reading manga of the demographics Seinen or Josei, you should be prepared to (unexpectedly) see nudity and intimate scenes throughout manga, so it's also your responsibility, as well as Ecchi and Erotica tags.
2] "Torture porn" or other sorts of romanticism of rape and suicide, I rather don't want to promote that kind of mindset here.

3] Light Novels, I'd want this club to be manga, manhwa, manhua and one-shots only.

Same, I've been reading manhwa(s) lately. It's kind of hard to start reading manga again after spam-reading many manhwa. I mean, I still read 3-5 manga(s) but those are just the ones that I've been following since ages ago so if the chapters are still getting updates, I still read it. The recs I gave were the ones I've read in mid 2024. Most of them are still getting updates except Scary Campus College University (I think it was axed, that's why the ending was rushed idk).
Hiya hiya, club's not dead, just been busy with other stuffs while once a while checking in. Atm manga reading has been a bit stagnant in my case but who knows when I'll get by again.

Recs: Scary Campus College University, this is like Dandadan but college. Most people, including me, was disappointed with the ending. I wish there could have been more but I guess not. Give it a try anyways. Piccolina, similar to How to Grill Our Love. Great read when you want something chill and not serious. Tower Dungeon, trapped princess, a farm-boy, a witch, and a tower dungeon. Highly underrated in my opinion.
